Tamal D. Chowdhury, Ph.D.

Dr. Chowdhury is a computer scientist, and mathematician, specializing in developing next-generation systems at the intersection of machine intelligence and large-scale computing. His leadership roles span large enterprises, mid-sized firms, and high-velocity startups. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer of a global AI/Analytics company.

Over nearly three decades, he has built enterprise products, data platforms, and infrastructure stacks that have cumulatively generated over $1 billion in revenue. He has led large development centers of 2,000+ engineers, set up Artificial Intelligence Labs, and driven innovation in autonomous systems, generative AI, quantum computing, and other deep-tech domains.

He holds degrees in computing and mathematics, including a Ph.D. in Systems. Outside of work, he enjoys researching ancient history and exploring major archaeological sites.
