Tamal D. Chowdhury, Ph.D.

Dr. Tamal Chowdhury is a computer scientist and mathematician with nearly three decades in enterprise IT, machine learning, mathematical modeling, and software development. His leadership spans large enterprises (Oracle, Infosys), mid-sized analytics firms, and AI startups.

Over the years, he has set up AI Labs, led large software centers (~2,500 engineers), and delivered 35+ team patents. He has built mission-critical software applications, AI/ML solutions, data platforms, and infrastructure stacks, generating $1B+ in cumulative revenue. His charter is to build long-horizon moats and keep companies ahead of the technology curve.

He holds degrees in computing and mathematics, including a PhD in Systems. In his spare time, he enjoys studying ancient history and geophysics, and visiting major archaeological sites.
